Badger Rd, Town of Madison. A site inspection was <br /> conducted on March 16, 2016. It was observed that the project has not yet begun. <br /> Per Dane County Code of Ordinances Sec. 10.25(2)(i),A permit issued pursuant to the <br /> provisions of this section shall expire one year from the date of issuance if construction is not <br /> started within that time and will expire if construction once started does not diligently proceed to <br /> completion within two years starting time. <br /> This letter serves as notice that permit DCPZP-2015-00341 will expire on May 27,2016. If you <br /> still plan on completing this project,please contact me no later than 28 days from the date of this <br /> letter.
