You and/or your contractor created land disturbing activity within 300 feet of a <br /> navigable stream, and this activity was greater than 4,000 square feet. This work should <br /> have been permitted with a Dane County Shoreland Erosion Control permit in <br /> accordance with DCCO Sec. 11.05(3)(a). <br /> 2. Immediately improve erosion control measures to limit movement of soil or material, <br /> to include trenching in and backfilling silt fence or 12" diameter silt sock,and installing <br /> a stone tracking pad at the site entrance, no later than May 24, 2017, by 4:00 p.m. <br /> 3. Submit a Shoreland Erosion Control permit application, including professional engineer- <br /> stamped plans, and complete materials as necessary to meet the County requirements <br /> of Chapters 11 and 14. Please note that the permit fees will be doubled, in accordance <br /> with DCCO Sec. 11.50(5)(c). <br /> 4. The deadline to submit the after-the-fact Shoreland Erosion Control permit application <br /> is May 31, 2017, by 4:00 p.m. <br /> 5. If either the deadline to install erosion control measures, or the deadline to submit <br /> complete permit application with double fees is missed, you will be subject to additional <br /> enforcement, which may include citations and possible referral to the Dane County <br /> Corporation Counsel. <br /> Lyman F.
