An approved Certified Survey Map shall be recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> 2. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the sending farm prohibiting residential development on a <br /> minimum of 35 acres. <br /> 3. A deed restriction shall be recorded on the A-4 Parcel to prohibit further development. <br /> 4.
