Effective May 31, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11108 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Vermont Location: Section 19 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(8) <br /> Part of the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 19, T.7N.- R.6E., (Township of Vermont), Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin which is more fully described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Northeast corner of said NE'/4 - SW1/4; thence N.89°-29'-30"W., along the North line of <br /> said quarter-quarter, 435.45 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> continue N.89°-29'-30"W., along said North line of quarter-quarter, 859.7 feet; thence <br /> S.42°-45'E., 579.4 feet; thence S.22°45'E., 934.0 feet to the center line of a town road; <br /> thence Northeasterly, along said center line of road, on a curve to the left whose chord <br /> bears N.64°55'E., for a distance of 124.0 feet to point "A"; thence continue <br /> Northeasterly, along said center line of road, on a curve to the left and then a curve to the <br /> right to point "B".
