Show the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1. <br /> None <br /> (1) Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location,or(2)a found perpetuated location? <br /> (2)a found perpetuated location <br /> (g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so,show the method, including the directions and <br /> distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in determining the corner location? <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> (i)List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including monument types set or found, <br /> surveyor,and date of survey. <br /> The original government survey in 1833 set wood post and bearing trees. <br /> Subsequent surveys by Hough in 1854 in the area make no direct reference to the corner. <br /> A 1867 survey by Barton states he found an old stake at a sod fence. (Blue book 6, page 412) <br /> 1971 - David R. Cheney set a bolt for the corner using occupation lines. <br /> 1980 -The bolt was accepted as the corner for Dane County CSM#3556 <br /> June 15, 1983-David R. Cheney found bolt in centerline of Munson road and replaced it with 1-1/4" pipe. <br /> November 13, 1990- I found the pipe in place and accepted its location based on usage and fitting occupation. The pipe was <br /> replaced with a Harrison cast iron monument in its place. <br /> (j) I,David C. Riesop,Professional Land Surveyor number S-1551 hereby certify that the corner location shown on this record <br /> was determined by me or under my direction and is correct.
