The upstream extent of this determination begins on parcel 0607-342- <br /> 8311-9, with the downstream extent at the stream's intersection with State Highway 92. <br /> Before conducting a site inspection, aerial photos and Dane County GIS were used to determine <br /> the categorization of this waterway. An intermittent stream is one that has a periodic or recurrent <br /> flow. A site inspection was conducted on September 13, 2016. It was observed that the mapped <br /> stream did not exhibit a defined bed or banks and lacked the presence of standing or flowing <br /> water. <br /> After further review of the waterway, it has been determined that this intermittent stream is NOT <br /> navigable from its origin at least to a point where it intersects with State Highway 92. <br /> This determination has been made for Dane County Zoning compliance purposes only. For <br /> navigability determinations related to State or Federal permitting, concurrence of this <br /> determination will need to be made by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. <br /> I hope you find this information helpful.
