Effective June 8, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11095 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Deerfield Location: Section 26 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> RH-4 to RE-1 <br /> Part of the Southeast 1/4, Section 26, T.07N., R.12E., Town of Deerfield, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. Commencing at the Southeast 1/4 corner of said section 26; thence NO2°03'E <br /> along the east line of the Southeast 1/4, 1336.5 feet to the point of beginning;thence <br /> S88°57'W along the south line of the NE 1/4- SE 1/4, 1352 feet;thence continue <br /> S88°57'W along south line of the NW 1/4- SE 1/4, 917 feet to the centerline of Prairie <br /> Drive; thence northwesterly along the centerline of said drive 184.5 feet more or less to <br /> the south line of Glacial Drumlin State Trail; thence N83°07'30"E along said south line, <br /> 2341.6 feet to the east line of the Southeast 1/4; thence S02°03'W along said east 1/4 <br /> line, 419 feet to the point of beginning. The above area <br /> described containing± 13.3 acres to the centerline. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances.
