Under the current zoning, no additional accessory structures could be <br /> built on the property. The property is adjoining several other larger rural residential lots. No sensitive environmental <br /> features observed on the site. <br /> TOWN PLAN: The property is located in the town's farmland preservation area. <br /> RESOURCE PROTECTION: No resource protection corridors located on the property. <br /> STAFF: The request for A-2(1) zoning to allow additional accessory structures on the property appears reasonably <br /> consistent with town plan policies and the character of the immediate neighborhood. <br /> TOWN: Approved. <br />
