All sites administered by Dane County under the Wisconsin Uniform Building Code (UDC). <br /> 2. All sites administered under the Dane County Erosion Control Ordinance whenever the following conditions exist. <br /> 4 (A) The site is not more than 20,000 square feet in area. <br /> I/ (B) The site is not adjacent to and does not drain directly into any sensitive areas nearby; such as streams, lakes, or <br /> wetlands. <br /> (C) The slope throughout the site is less than 6% (6 ft. vertical in 100 ft. horizontal). <br /> Instructions: <br /> 1. Complete this plan by filling in requested information on the inside of this form,and completing the site diagram page. <br /> (Refer to page 2 for assistance in completing the site diagram) <br /> 2. Submit this plan at the time of permit application. <br /> 3.
