Rd.. <br /> Town of Blooming Grove <br /> The Submitted Erosion Control Plan meets the needs of the site with the following <br /> additions: <br /> 1. Grading and construction is planned to begin July 21, 1997. <br /> 2. Site development shall be completed by approximately the first week of <br /> September. <br /> 3. Existing gravel entrance of 60'X180'. <br /> 4. Aplication of Polymer at a rate of 5 lbs of active ingidient of polymer <br /> (CFM 2000) <br /> A silt fence will be installed at the west end of property line to contain the <br /> sediment during construction. <br /> 6. Mulching and permanent seeding of the disturbed areas is planned to be completed <br /> by September 1, 1997. <br /> 7. The drainage ditches slopes shall be seeded and mulched and protected <br /> with erosion mats to prevent high sediment yield to the receiving waters <br /> 8. The improvements of the construction site include: top soil, seed and mulch <br /> in the graded areas, and a retention basin to reduce peak flows. <br /> 9. A copy of the Erosion Control Plan must be given to the general contractor <br /> and the superintendent of the site must be aware of the plan for <br /> implementation. The construction site will follow the plan according to the <br /> schedule approved by Dane County Land Conservation. <br />
