Effective June 19, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11090 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Towns of Vermont/Cross Plains Location: Sections 13/18 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2(2) <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 13, TO7N, RO6E, Town of Vermont, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows; Beginning at the NE <br /> corner of said Section 13 THENCE South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds <br /> East for a distance of 937.09 feet along the East line of said NE 1/4 THENCE <br /> South 81 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds West for a distance of 321.61 feet <br /> THENCE North 16 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds East for a distance of 673.23 <br /> feet THENCE North 11 degrees 13 minutes 04 seconds East for a distance of <br /> 346.05 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4 THENCE North 89 degrees 04 <br /> minutes 48 seconds East for a distance of 61.75 feet to the point of beginning <br /> Together with and subject to covenants, easements, and restrictions of <br /> record.
