Last year we decided to sell and divide the extra land off the property. He signed the sales agreement at that time but has since changed his mind. But, it mostly is about all his things up there that we do not know where to move. I want to build a storage up near our Northern vacation house and I am going to try to do it this summer if I can find an OK piece of land. If I can get my"ducks" in line, I will revisit this move.
