Remove existing 12' x 37' deck and dispose of. Install 6"Vintage wall 12"high with 2 4' wide steps to lower patio. Lower patio to have 2 sets of steps 3' wide into sliding doors. Walls capped with bull nose pavers. Patio pavers to be tumbled Lamont pavers. All materials are from Rochester Concrete products. Includes topsoil and seeding around patio and repair of lawn to backyard from our work. Clean-up and removal of all debris from our work is included. Cost$18,475.00 plus sales tax. Above price does not include the following: any landscaping around new patio, moving gas line if needed that goes under the deck or any permits if needed. 30%down payment at start and balance due upon completion. All plantings and work is guaranteed for one year from date of project completion. Warranty may be void if payments are not made per this agreement. 1 '/2% service charge per month on overdue accounts. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Owner to carry fire,tornado and other necessary insurance upon above work. Workmen's compensation and public liability insurance on above,work to be taken out by Stoughton Garden Center, Inc.
