THEY ARE 'PHEASANT POINT I', 'SAUK POINT ESTATES', AND 'CHERRYWOOD ACRES'. NONE OF THESE SUBDIVISION MAPS LABEL THE MONUMENTS AS THE CENTER CORNER. THE MONUMENT SHOWN ON THE 'SAUK POINT ESTATES' NEAR THE CENTER CORNER CHECKS WELL PERTAINING TO A BEARING-BEARING INTERSECTION CALCULATION USING THE NORTH AND SOUTH 'S AND THE THE EAST AND WEST 'S OF SECTION 19. THEREFORE THIS MONUMENT WAS ACCEPTED AS THE CENTER CORNER. (f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence location, or (2) a found perpetuated location? 2.) PERPETUATED (g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in determining the corner location?
