The conditional use permit allowed for a <br /> limited family business to be located at1861 Sand Ridge Court, Section 34, Town of Springdale. After <br /> the public hearing, the Committee found grounds to revoke Conditional Use Permit#2092. See <br /> attached minutes. <br /> Please be aware that the auto repair activity as allowed under Conditional Use Permit#2092 shall <br /> cease no later than December 11, 2017. If found in operation after this date, enforcement action shall <br /> commence for violation of Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.12, operating a commercial <br /> business (major repairs to motor vehicles) within the A-1 Agriculture District. The land use is not listed <br /> as a permitted or conditional use within this district. <br /> Please note that any person aggrieved by a decision of the zoning committee regarding a <br /> conditional use permit may appeal to the Dane County Board of Adjustment within 30 days of <br /> the final decision pursuant to Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.255(2)(m). <br /> Your cooperation is appreciated in the matter.
