Since he is unable to attend the <br /> ZLR hearing on 6/27/2107 regarding the revocation of the Jon Steinhauer CUP, he requests that his comments be <br /> entered into the record. Mr. Disch owns Disch Auto, 2415 Spring Rose Rd.,Verona, WI,0607-41-8020-3. When he <br /> started his business in Springdale, he had to relocate from another location in Dane County because that land was not <br /> properly zoned for his commercial business. He worked to find another location in Dane County with proper zoning and <br /> purchased his current property that was already zoned commercial. He described to me the zoning steps he had to take, <br /> working with Norb Scribner and Jonathan Barry at the Dane County level,to legally establish his business here. In <br /> addition, he showed me the various safety features of his business -lighting,air exchange,fire proofing,safety features <br /> for insurance purposes, handicap accessible bathroom, etc. he had to put in place. Basically, he worked with the various <br /> governmental offices to establish a legal business.
