Projected Timeline <br /> GDP Approval: July 2016 <br /> SIP Approval: September/October 2016 <br /> Construction Start:January 2017 <br /> Construction Complete:January 2018 <br /> Evidence of Financial Capability <br /> Evidence of financial capability will be provided to County staff as part of the administrative Specific <br /> Implementation Plan review in the form of a commitment letters from lending institutions,equity <br /> investors and other funding sources. The Developer has completed numerous similar projects and <br /> carries a strong balance sheet. <br /> Alterations and Revisions <br /> After approval of the GDP,and subsequent approval of the SIP by County staff, minor alterations shall <br /> be reviewed and approved by the Town of Madison. The Town of Madison's Director of Public Works <br /> shall decide if an alteration/revision is minor and shall also decide the level of Town review needed for <br /> approval. Changes that do not affect the footprint of the building or the floor area ratios shall be <br /> considered minor. For instance,changes to exterior door or window placements would be considered <br /> minor alterations that would be approved by the Town of Madison. <br />
