The zoning will be come effective upon publication on August 30, 2016. <br /> In order to finalize approvals of the PUD zoning, a Specific Implementation Plan (SIP) shall be <br /> submitted within 90 days from the date of publication. Approvals of the SIP plan will need to be <br /> obtained administratively by the Dane County Zoning Division and from the Town of Madison Board. <br /> Attached is a checklist identifying the necessary items required for a SIP submittal. <br /> Please provide one copy of the SIP information so that County Staff can review the submittal and verify <br /> that the SIP information is complete.
