The submittal is very close to being complete. There are a few items that <br /> will need to be addressed prior to sending the plans down to the Town of Madison for final review. The <br /> items are as follows: <br /> 1. The check for the SIP application fee was made out to the "Town of Madison" rather than "Dane <br /> County Zoning". Please remit a new check for$1000 to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 2. The plans show that the trash for the 60-unit apartment building will be stored indoors in a <br /> 10x18 space. This may be inadequate given the amount of people in the building. Please <br /> evaluate the space requirement. If need be, add an outside trash area with screening. <br /> 3. The narrative calls for a bicycle parking area, however, the site plan does not depict the area for <br /> bicycle storage. Designate the bicycle area with bike racks. <br /> 4. A rendering of the sign for the project is not part of the submittal. Please provide the design of <br /> the sign. If the sign will be illuminated, please provide the specs on the lights. <br /> 5. The light fixture cut sheets were not part of the submittal. Please provide all cut sheets on the <br /> light fixtures that will be used on the project. <br /> 6. The lighting in the parking lot calls for 25-foot tall light poles. This height may be inconsistent <br /> with the lighting design on the adjacent property or the design for the Novation Campus. <br /> Please verify that the height of the parking lot lighting meets the Novation Campus design <br /> specs. <br /> 7. The elevation drawings do not depict the mechanical screening for the individual apartments <br /> HVAC systems. Provide elevation that show how the HVAC systems will be screened. <br /> 8. The submittal package did not include a list of what exterior products are being used on the <br /> exterior façade.
