As for the <br /> legal description on the Deed Restriction, we will leave that blank when we prepare the Deed Restriction document for <br /> you. You can fill in the legal description on that document before you record it with the Register of Deeds. Using the <br /> legal description of Units 1 through 21 of the Woods at Watch Hill would be fine on the Deed Restriction. Hopefully this <br /> alleviates any concerns.
