Effective June 30, 2017 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 11119 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section <br /> 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Roxbury Location: Section 11 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> R-1 and A-1 EX to A-2 <br /> A parcel of land being part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and the Southwest 1/4 of <br /> the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11,T9N R7E,Town of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 11; thence S 88°25'50" E along the South line of <br /> the Southwest%, 1333.49 feet; thence N 00°08'12" W, 879.22 feet to the centerline intersection <br /> of County Trunk Highway"Y" and Mussen Road and to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continue N 00°08'12" W along the centerline of Mussen Road, 1243.01 feet;thence N <br /> 83°32'26" W, 612.97 feet; thence S 23°58'24"W, 868.88 feet to the centerline of County Trunk <br /> Highway "Y"; thence along said centerline for the next 5 courses S 63°04'11" E, 145.39 feet; <br /> thence S 60°46'00" E, 419.44 feet; thence S 62°14'26" E, 240.43 feet; thence S 61°53'13" E, <br /> 184.50 feet; thence along an arc of a curve concaved northeasterly having a radius of 7,000 feet <br /> and a long chord bearing of S 62°43'27" E, 105.70 feet to the point of beginning.This parcel <br /> contains 854,124 sq. ft, or 19.61 feet and is subject to a road right of way of 33 feet along the <br /> southerly and easterly sides thereof. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by <br /> Dane County, a final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be <br /> prepared in accordance with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes <br /> and Chapter 75 Dane County Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County <br /> Zoning Division. Upon submission of the final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land <br /> Regulation Committee, or its authorized representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, <br /> approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey map. Failure to submit the final <br /> certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to record the survey with the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two <br /> copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
