They are <br /> looking to transfer ownership of this new parcel while keeping ownership of the farm land. The parcel <br /> that we have proposed would be 19.61 acres including right of way and 17.88 excluding right of way. <br /> The county zoning for this size and use would be A-2. There are no plans at this time to change the <br /> existing conditions of the home or the farm buildings on this site. <br />
