Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1546 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10 .255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Recreational day camp. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT 4/13/99 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That part of the NE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Verona, lying North of <br /> CTH PD. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 . That the town get a signed agreement between the Town of <br /> Verona and the Madison Jewish Community Council for payment in <br /> lieu of taxes. <br /> 2 . That a request be made to Dane County Highway Department for <br /> access off County Highway PD. <br /> 3 . That conditional use permit is for recreational camps as <br /> specified in 10 . 10 (2) (a) only; but not for use of commercial <br /> campgrounds, camping resorts or other commercial uses involving <br /> camping in motorized or towed vehicles . <br /> 4 . That the uses in 10 . 10 (1) (b) will not be permitted. <br /> 5 . That the conditional use for camping will be void upon the <br /> sale of the property by the Madison Jewish Community Council Inc . <br /> to its successors . <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING <br /> AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or <br /> endanger the public health, safety, morals comfort or general <br /> welfare. <br />
