1.) That town get a signed agreement between the Town of Verona and the Madison Jewish <br /> Community Council for payment in lieu of taxes, 2.)That a request be made to Dane County <br /> Highway Department for an access off County Highway P.D., and 3.) That conditional use <br /> permit is for recreational camps as specified in 10.10(2)(a)only; but not for use of <br /> commercial campgrounds, camping resorts or other commercial uses involving camping in <br /> motorized or towed vehicles. 4.) That the uses in 10.10 (l)(b) will not be permitted and 5.) <br /> That the conditional use for camping will be void upon the sale of the property by the <br /> Madison Jewish Community Council, Inc. or its successors(s).
