PETITION # 10177 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#2129 by VOBREN TR to change the <br /> zoning from A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to A-2(8) Agricultural to allow a SALVAGE RECYCLING <br /> CENTER BUSINESS on the property located at 7885 BRERETON ROAD in Section 30, Town of <br /> Dane. <br /> Motion by Matano/ Eicher to direct staff to inform the Town of Roxbury and the Town of Dane that <br /> Petitions#10176 and #10177 will be placed on the July 13, 2010 Zoning and Land Regulation <br /> Committee agenda for action; motion carried, 5-0. <br /> 2. Delegate the authority of Certified Survey Map approval to planning staff serving the Zoning and Land <br /> Regulation Committee pursuant to Dane County Code of Ordinance, Title 14, Chapter 75, section <br /> 75.17. <br /> The committee agreed to postpone action on the delegation of authority until the Land Division Officer <br /> position is filled. <br /> 3. Petition 10036, Riege, Deerfield, Section 23 <br /> Motion by Bruskewitz/ Eicher to suspend committee policy and allow Petition 10036 to remain active <br /> until June 8, 2011; motion carried, 5-0. <br /> 4. Chair Miles informed the Committee that a special meeting will need to be scheduled in order to act <br /> on Resolutions#53 and #56 in a timely manner. The Committee instructed staff to prepare a special <br /> meeting agenda for Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 5:30pm. <br /> X.
