A copy of the zoning permit inspection requirements is also enclosed. <br /> No zoning inspections have been requested for your project. The phone number for inspection requests is 608- <br /> 266-4266. <br /> Section 10.25(2)(i)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances(DCCO) states that a permit issued pursuant to the <br /> provisions of this section shall expire one year from the date of issuance if construction is not started within that <br /> time. <br /> Section 10.25(4)(d)of the DCCO states that no certificate of compliance for a building or addition thereto, <br /> constructed after the effective date of this ordinance shall be issued until construction has been substantially <br /> completed and the premises inspected and certified by the zoning administrator to be in conformity with the <br /> specifications on which the permit was issued. The zoning administrator may establish rules by which a <br /> temporary certificate of compliance may be issued for a part of a building. <br /> You are hereby instructed to request a first inspection of your project within 30 days of the date of this letter or <br /> obtain a new,change of use permit to replace the expired permit within 30 days of the date of this letter. <br /> If the inspection is not requested or the new permit is not obtained within the 30-day time period, citations will <br /> be issued for each day in violation. <br /> Your cooperation is appreciated in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Russell L.
