The project is subject to the following permit <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. All components of the mitigation plan must be constructed and implemented in <br /> accordance with the approved plans and applicable NRCS/DNR/County Technical <br /> Standards. <br /> 2. As-built certification, performed by a professional engineer, is required for all <br /> permanent stormwater management practices and facilities. As-built plans must be <br /> submitted within 10-days of project completion. <br /> 3. Stormwater management practices must be maintained in accordance with the <br /> maintenance agreement on file with the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Performance Standard Proposed Practices and Performance Achieved <br /> No Increase in Impervious Surface Impervious surfaces will be limited to the extent shown <br /> on the plan. A bioretention basin will be constructed as <br /> detailed in the approved plan.The bioretention basin is <br /> designed to achieve 90% predevelopment stay-on or <br /> better.The bioretention basin will treat 1,300 sq.ft.of <br /> impervious surface thereby reducing the effective <br /> impervious area to 4,504 sq.ft.
