Lane, III, and I have reviewed your Dane <br /> County zoning permit, #20080245, on May 15, 2008 at 8:00 A.M. Your site plan for your in- <br /> ground pool shows that the pool will be located 31.0 feet from the right-of-way line for Glen <br /> Oaks Circle. <br /> Section 10.17(5)(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances states that the minimum required <br /> setback from the right-of-way line for Glen Oaks Circle is 30 feet. Section 10.25(3)(a)1. of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances states that a location survey will be required to verify that the <br /> pool is installed and meets the ordinance requirements.
