All other treatment tanks. AU solids and byproducts shall be removed in`accordance with manufacturer's <br /> recommendations and in compliance with WAC ch NR 113. See attached manufacturer's information. <br /> C. Outlet Filter. The solids and byproducts collected in the outlet filter shall be emptied into an approved <br /> treatment tank or shall be removed by a properly licensed septic waste hauler in accordance with the <br /> requirements of WAC ch NR 113 or acts amendatory thereto. <br /> II.
