DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO: 9726 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps <br /> of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural district(s) following <br /> described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9726 <br /> TO A-2 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, T 5 N, R 12 E, Town of Albion, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 32; thence S89°17'W along north <br /> line of section 730'+/- to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S00°07'E, 1261'+/- ; thence <br /> S89°39'W, 632'+/-; thence N00°16'E, 1259'+/-; thence N89°17'E 624'+/- along the section line <br /> to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 18.2 acres +/- and is subject to a right-of-way <br /> easement over the northerly 33; for CTH "N". <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Amend the petition request from A-2(8)Agriculture to A-2 Agriculture. <br /> • <br /> 2. Petitioner shall amend petition to allocate a 66 foot strip of land at the south end of <br /> the A-2 zoning lot to provide a connection of the remnant parcel to the adjacent A- <br /> 1EX zoned land. The petitioner shall submit a new legal description of the exact <br /> boundary of the A-2 rezone area, as amended, prior to the petition being referred to <br /> county board for action. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of <br /> its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to <br /> Dane County Zoning. <br /> (REVISED 8-8-07) <br /> Cfective: 11 / / °`7 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon Their fmdings,to be consistent <br /> with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
