SAB -188 <br />- 3 - <br />denying the reorganization requested in said petition filed August 29, 1973, and <br />granting this appeal filed October 16, 1973. <br />The State Appeal Board thereupon directed that an order reversing said Joint <br />Agency School Committee Order No. 25 be prepared by the Secretary of the State Appeal <br />Board refusing to grant the reorganization requested in said petition filed August 29, <br />1973, and granting this appeal filed October 16, 1973. <br />THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED That said Order No. 25 issued by said Joint Agency School <br />Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agencies Nos. 12 and 15 made and filed <br />September 17, 1973, be reversed and that the reorganization requested in said petition <br />filed August 29, 1973, and granted in said Joint Agency School Committee Order No. 25 <br />be denied and that said appeal filed October 16, 1973, be granted. <br />Dated this 18th day of December, 1973. <br />STATE APPEAL BOARD: <br />Clifto Fonstad, Chairman <br />Chester E.
