The record in the above matter is as follows: An appeal from said Order No. 68 made and filed on July 16, 1973, denying to detach the following described territory, to wit: S.E. 1/4 of S.W. 1/4 of Section 31 T9N R7E, Town of Roxbury, Dane County, from Joint School District No. 1, Villages of Black Earth and Mazomanie, and Towns of Berry, Black Earth, Cross Plains, Mazomanie, Roxbury, Vermont, County of Dane, and Town of Arena, County of Iowa, State of Wisconsin, and to attach said described territory to Joint School District No. 3, Villages of Prairie du Sac, Merrimac and Sauk City, and Towns of Franklin, Honey Creek, Merrimac, Prairie du Sac, Sumpter and Troy, County of Sauk, and Towns of Berry, Dane, Mazomanie, Roxbury and Springfield, County of Dane, and Towns of Caledonia and West Point, County of Columbia, State of Wisconsin, as requested in a petition filed with the Secretary of the Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15 on June 19, 1973, was filed with the State Superintendent of Public Instruction on August 2, 1973, appeal- ing to the State Appeal Board.
