<br /> of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 117.02 , Chapter 92, Laws
<br /> of Wisconsin of 1967, and in compliance with a resolution adopted at a legal "meeting
<br /> of said Agency School Committee held at the Cottage Grove Elementary School at
<br /> 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 5th day of October, 1972 , and having held a
<br /> conference with boards of the school districts involved, all being in accordance with
<br /> the provisions of the aforementioned statute, it is hereby ordered that the following
<br /> described territory, to wit:

<br /> follows: Commending at the North 4 corner of said Section 14, thence S 0°
<br /> 25' 27" W, 2328. 13 feet along the North-South a line of said Section 14;
<br /> Thence Westerly 797.41 feet to point of origin of this description. Thence
<br /> Westerly 538.00 feet to the North-South a section line. Thence Northerly
<br /> 164. 17 feet along the West a section line. Thence Easterly 538.00 feet
<br /> parallel to the North Property line (N 89° 50' 59" E) . Thence Southerly
<br /> 164. 17 feet to point of origin of this description, enclosing 2.28 acres.
