<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency
<br /> No. 15, State of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 117, 02 ,
<br /> Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, and in compliance with a resolution
<br /> adopted at a legal meeting of said Agency School Committee held at the
<br /> Wisconsin Heights High School, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 21st
<br /> day of February, 1972, and having held a conference with boards of the school
<br /> districts involved, all being in accordance with the provisions of the afore-
<br /> mentioned statute, it is hereby ordered that the following described territory,
<br /> _3 Wit:
<br /> Part of the Southwest of Section 32, Township 8 North, Range
<br /> 7 East, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the South-
<br /> west corner of said Section 32;ThenceN 0°32'20" W, 1, 654,05 feet;
<br /> Thence S 63°27'40" E, 2,276. 56 feet; Thence N 16°O1' E, 1,031. 31 feet;
<br /> Thence S 89°25' 15" W, 431. 72 feet; Thence N 64°29' W, 156. 39 feet;
<br /> Thence N 65°50'30" W, 1,013.85 feet; Thence N 78°08'05" W, 835
<br /> feet, more or less, to the West line of said Section 32; Thence S 0 032'20"
<br /> E, 630 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning of this description,
<br /> is hereby ordered detached from Joint School District No. 3, City of Middleton,
<br /> Village of Cross Plains, and Towns of Berry, Cross Plains , Middleton,
<br /> Springfield, and Westport, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, and said
<br /> described territory attached to Joint School District No. 1, Villages of Black
<br /> Earth and Mazomanie, Towns of Berry, Black Earth, Cross Plains, Mazomanie,
<br /> Roxbury, and Vermont, County of Dane, and Town of Arena, County of Iowa,
<br /> State of Wisconsin.
