ORDER OF ALTERATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES • 12 & 15 52 Agency No. Order No. The Jt. Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 117. 02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, and in compliance with a resolution adopted at a legal meeting of said Agency School Committee held at the Waunakee High School, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 15th day of November, 1971, and having held a conference with boards of the school districts involved, all being in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned statute, it is hereby ordered that the following described territory, to wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), T 9 N, R 8 E, ,Township of Dane, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Quarter Quarter, thence West along the North line thereof 257 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said Quarter Quarter 950 feet more or less to an existing fence line; thence East parallel with the North line of said Quarter Quarter to the East line of said Quarter Quarter; thence North along said East line to the point of beginning; subject to an existing public highway along the Easterly side thereof, is hereby ordered detached from Joint School District No. 1, City of Lodi, Towns of Lodi, Dekorra, Arlington, West Point, County of Columbia, and Village of Dane, Towns of Dane, Roxbury, Vienna, Dane County, State of Wisconsin, and said described territory attached to Joint School District No. 4, Village of Waunakee, and Towns of Vienna, Dane, Springfield, Westport, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin. day of ��' �. :. .4y Tr order shall tak ;effect on the /i / , 19 -�� , /i��•. � Secretary Jt.
