ORDER OF ALTERATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARY LINES

<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15,
<br /> State of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 117.02, Chapter
<br /> 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, and in compliance with a resolution adopted at
<br /> a legal meeting of said Agency School Committee held at the Deerfield Elementary
<br /> School, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 25th day of October, 1971, and
<br /> having held a conference with boards of the school districts involved, all being
<br /> in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned statute, it is hereby
<br /> ordered that the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> Part of the Southeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of Section 11 , Town 7 North,
<br /> Range 11 East, (Township of Cottage Grovel , Dane County, Wisconsin,
<br /> which is more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
<br /> corner of said Southeast 4, Southwest 4; Thence West along the North
<br /> line of said quarter-quarter, 150 . 0 feet to the point of beginning of this
<br /> description; Thence South 0°55' West, parallel to the East line of said
<br /> quarter-quarter, 404. 5 feet to the center line of County Trunk Highway
<br /> "BB"; Thence along said center line of highway on a 1°30' curve to the
<br /> right whose long chord bears Northwesterly for a distance of 613. 5 feet
<br /> to the point of intersection with the North line of said Southeast 1,
<br /> Southwest 4; Thence East, along said North line of quarter-quarter, 467. 6
<br /> feet to the point of beginning. Excepting all land along the Southwesterly
<br /> side of the above-described parcel which is now being used for highway
<br /> purposes,
<br /> is hereby ordered detached from joint School District No. 1 , Village of
<br /> Deerfield, and Towns of Deerfield, Christiana, Cottage Grove, and Pleasant
<br /> Springs, County of Dane, and Town of Lake Mills, County of Jefferson,
<br /> State of Wisconsin, and said described territory attached to Joint School
<br /> District No.4, City of Monona, Village of Cottage Grove, and Towns of
<br /> Blooming Grove, Cottage Grove, and Sun Prairie, County of Dane, State of
<br /> Wisconsin. y
