<br /> The territory consists of about 610 acres of predominantly
<br /> marshy lands located north of Lake Mendota along the Yahara
<br /> River,

<br /> Joint School District No. 4 of the Village of Waunakee and the Towns
<br /> of Dane, Springfield, Vienna and Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin,

<br /> annexing the territory
