<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency
<br /> No. 15, State of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section
<br /> 117. 02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, and in compliance with
<br /> a resolution adopted at a legal meeting of said Agency School Committee
<br /> held at the Cottage Grove Elementary School, at 8:00 o'clock in the after-
<br /> noon on the 17th day of April, 1969, and having held a conference with
<br /> boards of the school districts involved, all being in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of the aforementioned statute, it is hereby ordered that the
<br /> following described territory, to wit:
<br /> A parcel of land located in the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section
<br /> 13, T 7 N, R 11 E, Township of Cottage Grove, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, to wit: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said
<br /> section 13; Thence S 41° 16' 52" W, 1747.93 feet to the point
<br /> of beginning; Thence N 89° 22' 56" W, 661. 80 feet; Thence
<br /> N 00° 46' 16" E, 288.47 feet; Thence S 65° 48' 20" E, 721.22
<br /> feet to the point of beginning,
<br /> is hereby ordered detached from Joint School District No. 1, Village of
<br /> Deerfield, Towns of Deerfield, Lake Mills, Christiana, Cottage Grove,
<br /> Pleasant Springs, Counties of Dane and Jefferson, and said described
<br /> territory attached to Joint School District No.4, Villages of Monona and
<br /> Cottage Grove, Towns of Cottage Grove, Blooming Grove, and Sun Prairie,
<br /> County of Dane, all being in the State of Wisconsin.
