• t ORDER OF DENIAL 15 32 Agency No. Order No. The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin, having held a hearing at the Belleville High School, at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 11th day of July, 1968, and following which said Agency School Committee having held a conference with the school boards of the districts involved, precedent to the issuance of this order, all being in accordance with the provisions of Section 117. 02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, hereby order that the following petition be DENIED: "To: The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15, State of Wisconsin. Gentlemen: The undersigned electors representing more than ten (10) percent of the electors residing in the area proposed to be detached as hereinafter described do hereby request that you take such action as may be necessary, according to the provisions of Section 117.02(1), Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967, to detach the following described territory, to wit: Section 24 - 5 - 7 Section 25 - 5 - 7 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 from rt. School District No. 1, Village of Belleville, Towns of Montrose, Oregon, Primrose, Brooklyn, Exeter, Counties of Dane and Green, State of Wisconsin, and to attach said described territory to Jt. School District No. 1, Village of New Glarus, Towns of Montrose, Perry, Adams, Primrose, Exeter, York, New Glarus, and Washington, Counties of Green and Dane, State of Wisconsin.
