<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative Educational Service Agency No. 15,
<br /> State of Wisconsin, having held a hearing at the Stoughton Schools Administration
<br /> Building at 8:00 o'clock in the afternoon on the 18th day of June, 1968, and follow-
<br /> ing which said Agency School Committee having held a conference with the school
<br /> boards of the districts involved, precedent to the issuance of this order, all being
<br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section 117. 02, Chapter 92, Laws of Wis-
<br /> consin, 1967, hereby order that the following petition be DENIED:
<br /> "Gentlemen: The undersigned, being all of the electors residing in the area
<br /> proposed to be detached and all of the owners of same as hereinafter described
<br /> do hereby request that you take such action as may be necessary, according to
<br /> the _ . - -visions of Section 117.02 (1), Chapter 92, Laws of Wisconsin of 1967,
<br /> to detach the following described territory, to-wit:
<br /> The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, and the West
<br /> 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the South west 1/4 of Section 8, all in
<br /> Township 6 North, Range 11 East, in the Town of Pleasant Springs,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin,
<br /> from joint School District No. 3, City of Stoughton and Towns of Albion, Christ-
<br /> iana, Cottage Grove, Deerfield, Dunkirk, Dunn, Pleasant Springs and Rutland,
<br /> in Dane County, Wisconsin, and Towns of Porter and Union , in Rock County,
<br /> Wisconsin, and to attach said described territory to Joint School District No. 8,
<br /> Village of McFarland and Towns of Dunn, Blooming Grove, Cottage Grove and
<br /> Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin. "
