<br /> July 31, 1962 and effective July 1, 1963, described as
<br /> follows, to wits
<br /> Part of Section 32, T 7 N, R 10 B, To of Blooming Grove,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of
<br /> Madison, Said point being the NW corner of the Shot' the
<br /> NEB of Section 32 T 7 No R 10 B, Town of Blooming Grove,
<br /> Dane County, Wiscin; thence Bast on the North line of
<br /> the Woof the NEB of said Section 32 to its point of
<br /> intersection with the Westerly shore line of Lake
<br /> Waubese (also known_as Second Lake); thence Southwesterly
<br /> and following along the said shore line of Lake Wenbesa
<br /> to a point that is 6 chains and 31 links North Ow West
<br /> from the point of intersection of the East and West
<br /> quarter line with the Westerly shore of Lake Waubesa,
<br /> measured along said Westerly shore line; thence South
<br /> 30° West 6 chains and 7 links to the East and West
<br /> quarter line of said Section 32, last mentioned line also
<br /> being the center line of Libby Road; thence West on the
<br /> said East and West quarter line to the West line of the
<br /> NEB of said Section 32; thence North on the said West
