<br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS
<br /> Pursuant to a joint Resolution adopted by the undersigned school boards ,
<br /> at meetings held on January 8 , 1968 , by the Board of Education at the
<br /> Stoughton Public School at Stoughton, Wisconsin, and on January 15 , 1968,
<br /> by the Board of Education at the Deerfield Fublic School at Deerfield ,
<br /> Wisconsin, said school boards , pursuant to the provisions of Section 40.032,
<br /> Wisconsin Statutes , hereby ordered that the following described territory,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
<br /> Section 30, Town 7 North, Range 12 East, T9wnship of Deerfield ,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows :
<br /> Beginning at the West Quarter corner of said Section 30; thence
<br /> N84°01'E, 939.99 feet along the East-West Quarter line of said
<br /> Section 30; thence S2°30VE, 833. 56 feet; thence S84°40'30"W,
<br /> 401.40 feet; thence N5°19'30"W, 253. 59 feet; thence N21°49'E,
<br /> 611.43 feet; thence S84°Ol'W, 777.02 feet parallel to the
<br /> East-West Quarter line and 33 feet Southerly therefrom; thence
<br /> N4°32'W, 33.02 feet along the West line of said Quarter Quarter,
<br /> also being the centerline of Deerfield Road to the point of
<br /> beginning of this description. Said parcel contains 6.684
<br /> acres more or less , subject to municipal and zoning ordinances ,
<br /> and recorded easements for public utilities , if any.
<br /> be detached from Joint School District No. 3 , City of Stoughton, Towns of
<br /> Albion, Christiana, Cottage Grove , Deerfield , Dunkirk, Dunn, Pleasant
<br /> Springs , and Rutland, bane County, and Towns of Porter and l ion, of Rock
<br /> County, Wisconsin, and attached to Joint School District No. 1, Village of
<br /> Deerfield, Towns of Deerfield , Christiana, Cottage Grove and Pleasant Springs ,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin.
<br /> This joint order shall take effect on July 1, 1968.
<br /> A certified copy of this Resolution shall be filed as required by
<br /> Section 40.025(5) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
