<br /> adopted by the Common Council of the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, on
<br /> February 23, 1967 and published on February 28, 1967,
<br /> detaching the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> Ordinance No. 2246
<br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N, R 10 E, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of Madison,
<br /> said point being the point of intersection of a line that bears
<br /> South 1° 26' East, from a point that is South 88° 34' West,
<br /> 745.4 feet from the NE corner of the SE 1./4 of the NW 1/4 of
<br /> Section 24, T 7 N, R 10 E, Dane County, Wisconsin with the South
<br /> line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 24; thence North 1° 26' West,
<br /> to a point in the North line of the SE 1/4 of the said NW 1/4;
<br /> thence South 88° 34' West, 417.42 feet along the said North line;
<br /> thence South 1° 26' East to a point in the South line of the said
<br /> NW 1/4; thence North 88° 34' , 417.42 feet along the said South
<br /> line to the point of beginning.
<br /> This territory consists of 5 acres fronting on Meier Road - the
