<br /> territory, adopted by the Common Council of the City of Madison, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, on September 2.8, 1967, and published on October 5, 1967,
<br /> detaching the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> Ordinance No. 2393
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of Madison.
<br /> Said point being the Southeast corner of Section 23, Town 7
<br /> North, Range 8 East, Town of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin;
<br /> thence North along the East line of Section 23 to a point that is
<br /> 55 feet North of measured at right angles to the South line of
<br /> said Section 23; thence West along a line that is parallel to and
<br /> 55 feet North of measured at right angles to the South line of
<br /> said Section 23 tovthe West line of the East 12 of the Southeast
<br /> K of said Section 23; thence South along the said West line and
<br /> the West line of the East YS of the Northeast A of Section 26,
<br /> Town 7 North, Range 8 East, Town of Middleton, Dane County, Wiscon-
<br /> sin to the North right-of-way line of the West Madison Beltline
<br /> Highway (U.S. Highway 12 & 14); as designated in Project TO4-2(34);
<br /> thence East and Northeasterly following along said North right-of-
<br /> way line to the relocated Westerly line of Gammon Road as desig-
<br /> nated in said project; thence Northeasterly along said Westerly
