<br /> territory, adopted by the Common Council of the City of Madison, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, on September 14, 1967, and published on September 21, 1967,
<br /> detaching the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of
<br /> Madison said point being the East 34 corner of Section
<br /> 23, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, Dane County, Wisconsin;
<br /> thence West along the North line of the Southeast 14 of
<br /> said Section 23, to the West line of the East )' of the
<br /> said Southeast }4; thence South along the said West line
<br /> and the West line of the East )r of the Northeast 74 of
<br /> Section 26, Town 7 North, Range 8 East, to a point that
<br /> is 50 ft. South of measured at right angles to the North
<br /> line of the said Northeast }4; last mentioned point being
<br /> in the South line of Mineral Point Road as presently lo-
