``aa
•
` % Dane County Planning & Development
-,, 14 . Y g p
" . hl ' ; Zoning Division
1t';acoN
August 25, 2017
Jayne Lindauer
854 Cheshire Castle Way
Verona WI 53593
RE: Shoreland Zoning Permit: Single Family Residence, out building, patio, fire pit, pool, driveway.
Shoreland zoning permit: DCPSHL-2017-00061
Parcel#:0508-332-8890-0
Thank you for submitting your application for a shoreland zoning permit. After reviewing the site plan I have
determined the proposed single family residence and associated development will require a shoreland erosion
control permit. This permit issued by Dane County Land and Water Resources will be required prior to the issuance
of a shoreland zoning permit.
This determination has been based on an existing impervious surface ratio of 5.3% or 15,900 square feet(existing
driveway). I have calculated the lot area within the shoreland zoning district to be 298,532 square feet. The
proposed development will add an additional 10,203 square feet of impervious surface for a post-development
impervious surface ratio of 8.7%. Any land disturbing activity within 300 feet of the stream requires a shoreland
erosion control permit.
Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed development the following conditions must be
satisfied:
1. Obtain an approved shoreland erosion control permit from Dane County Land and Water Resources.
Once the above conditions are satisfied your shoreland zoning permit will be issued and you may apply for your
general zoning permit.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or further information.
Sincerely,
Hans Hilbert
Assistant Zoning Administrator
County of Dane
608-266-4993
hilbert.hans@a.countyofdane.com
CC: Dane County Land and Water Resources
210 Martin Luther King Jr.Blvd.•City-County Bldg,Room 116❖Madison,WI 53703-3342•Phone:608.266.4266•Fax:608.267.1540
C:A Users\Melissa\AppData\Local\Mi crosoft\Window s\INetCache\Content.Outlook\G2D8K0C5\Montrose-33-LINDAUER-DCPSIIL-2017-
00061.docx Revision 03.18.2007
