<br /> territory, adopted by the Common Council of the City of Madison, Dane County,
<br /> Wisconsin, on May' ll, 1967, and published on May 17, 1967,
<br /> detaching the following described territory, to wit:
<br /> Ordinance No. 2297
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line in the City of
<br /> Madison, said point being the Northeast corner of the
<br /> Southeast 34 of Section 25, Town 7 North, Range 8 East,
<br /> Town of Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin; thence West
<br /> along the North line of the said Southeast 34 to its
<br /> point ,of intersection with the Northeast line of Odana
<br /> Road extended as described in Volume 820 of Deeds, page 247
<br /> and recorded in the Dane County Register of Deeds Office;
<br /> thence Northwesterly and Westerly and following along the
<br /> said Northwesterly and Northerly line of Odana Road to the
<br /> West line of the Southeast 34 of the Northeast 34 of
<br /> said Section 25; thence South along the West line and the
<br /> West line of the Northeast 34 of the Southeast 3b of
<br /> said Section 25 to its point of intersection with the
<br /> Southerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 12 and 14;
