<br /> The Agency School Committee of Cooperative 7,Lncational Service Agency No. 15, State
<br /> of Wisconsin, acting pursuant to the provisions of section 40. 13, Wisconsin Statutes,
<br /> and in compliance with a resolution adopted at a legal meeting of said 'Agency School
<br /> Committee held at the Park School, Cross Play_ , Wisconsin, at 8:00 o'clock in the
<br /> afternoon on the 12th day of September, 1967, and having held a conference with
<br /> boards of the school districts involved, all being in accordance with the provisions of
<br /> the aforementioned statute, it is hereby ordered that the following described territory,
<br /> to wit:
<br /> The West Half (W 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) Section 6, Township
<br /> Seven (7) North, Range Eight (8) East (Township of Middleton) and
<br /> The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section
<br /> Six (6) Township Seven (7) North, Range Eight (8) East (Township of Middleton)
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin
<br /> is hereby ordered detached from joint School District No. 3, Towns of Middleton,
<br /> Cross Plains, and Springfield, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, and said
<br /> described territory attached to Joint School District No. 1, Village of Cross Plains,
<br /> Towns of Berry, Cross Plains, and Middleton, County of Dane, and State of
<br /> Wisconsin.
