<br /> adopted by the Common Council of the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, on
<br /> February 23, 1967 and published on February 28, 1967,
<br /> annexing the following described territory, to wit:

<br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N, R 10 E, Dane County, Wisconsin,
<br /> more fully described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of Madison, said
<br /> point being the point of intersection of a line that bears South
<br /> 10 26' East, from a point that is South 88° 34' West, 745.4 feet
<br /> from the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T 7 N,
<br /> R 10 E, Dane County, Wisconsin with the South line of the NW 1/4 of
<br /> said Section 24; thence North 10 26' West, to a point in the North
<br /> line of the SE 1/4 of the said NW 1/4; thence South 88° 34' West,
<br /> 417.42 feet along the said North line; thence South 10 26' East to
<br /> a point in the South line of the said NW 1/4; thence North 88° 34' ,
