<br /> October 13, 1966, approved on October 14, 1966 and published on October 18, 1966,
<br /> detaching the following described territory, to wit:

<br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, T 7 N, R 8 E, Town of
<br /> Middleton, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
<br /> • . Beginning at a point in the limits line of the City of Madison,
<br /> said point being the SW corner of Lot 36, Highlands, a recorded
<br /> plat in Section 18, T 7 N, R 9 E, and Section 13, T 7 N, R 8 E,
<br /> Dane County, Wisconsin. Last mentioned point also being in the
<br /> West line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 13. Thence South 918.1
